  • Cory Cummings
"F3 fitness groups The Fort Mill, Wahaw, Charlotte center ground. These surrounding booming communities are growing and this is the town where it is still affordable to live in such close range to all the opportunities in those communities for adults and youth "
  • Lskrank
"No commute for me as I work from home but travelling around my area is relatively easy. A bit of traffic during peak times for sure but it’s a fast moving area"
  • Tiffany Bond

  • Lewis s.
"We love this house..it's exactly what we're looking for.. please contact us so we can get this..thank you."
  • Trulia User
"It’s a very fast growing bedroom community of Charlotte. Very different than it was ten years ago. The roads, schools, and retail are struggling to keep up with the influx. The new neighborhoods are attractive but it’s a shame how developers are allowed to clear cut acres and acres of forest to build them."
  • Trulia User
"There are many dog owners in this community. Occasionally the barking can get very annoying, but it is generally quiet."
  • Trulia User
"Not so bad it’s about 30 minutes to most areas in Charlotte. Traffic can get hectic in the morning coming onto 485. But there are a lot of access points from here. "
  • Tiffany C.
"Wonderful and relaxing environment. Great place to raise children. Pet friendly. Well maintained neighborhood "
  • Lynda F.
"We are an equestrian community with a community barn, arena, and horse trails. There is also a clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, and fissuring ponds. "
  • MaryJordan
"Busy in prime hours. Roads could be better and need some work. Traffic isn’t usually bad but the area is growing so it’s slowly getting more and more busy"
  • Courtney S. .
"Variety of ages and fenced playground for children. Neighborhood is well maintained and quiet. Mostly elderly "
  • Krchrson
"Outdoor meet ups of neighbors through the week on evenings. Fireworks Fourth of July. Halloween and Christmas decorations festivities "
  • Tiffany B.
"Very neighborly and kept clean. Neighbors look out for each other. Quiet and never hear anything out of the ordinary. Families walk their dogs on leashes and children play safely. "
  • Taylor A. P.
"Quiet living. People in the community are friendly and HOA ensures things are maintained in the neighborhood. "
  • Oliver

  • Sarah F.
"Good schools around the area. Safe area, but to a point. You still should take precautions as we are still close to Charlotte, and since it’s growing up around the area. "
  • Ashley R.
"Great, no problems whatsoever!!! I would recommend this area to everyone! Great schools and people! "
  • Angiegibson75
"Well maintain areas with a variety of retail and grocery stores. We have a community pool as well. Quiet and clean, nice family area. "
  • L Kaufman
"Lots of sidewalks, park areas, a pond etc. plenty of places to walk and play as well as trash cans in central locations for any doggy doo;. Only wish is an off-leash dog park and more dog pick-up stations. We are on our 3rd dog in the neighborhood and have plenty of doggy playdates and plenty of like minded dog lovers in the neighborhood."
  • Megan H.
"Great place to live for all cultures and generations. Traffic is hectic and will probably be worse next year. "
  • Kluciano27
