It's a very short drive of a few minutes to the ocean or the sound or to the bike and walking path in the woods. Plenty of parking, even room for a boat. Enjoy the large fenced in back yard and the back deck for grilling out. Or simply enjoy relaxing on the front porch. House is situated on a quarter acre, quiet and peaceful. While it's a 4 bedroom, it's priced for a couple that needs short term housing for work.

This property is only 5 miles from Outer Banks Hospital. A great location for traveling health care professionals.

Accommodations in the house include a Master bedroom on the main level with a king size bed and a full bath. Main level has open concept living room and dining area with table for six and a kitchen with island seating for two. Plus a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Upstairs are three more bedrooms; two with queen beds, and one with a full bed. Another full bathroom is upstairs.

Bedroom features:
- Large upstairs master bedroom, queen, with a massage chair in the sitting area
- Bedroom with queen bed, with a large screen TV
- Bedroom with duble bed, (accessed through bedroom #2 with a door for privacy) has a desk for school or remote work

Centrally located less than a mile from the beach and a half mile from the sound. Many restaurants within walking distance (1/2 miles from the house). Dozens more restaurants are only a short drive away.

Tenant pays for electricity - added to monthly rent.
Owner pays for internet and water.
$200 cleaning move out cleaning fee in addition to security deposit.

Pet is negotiable. A wel trained, well behaved dog may be considered.

No smoking

No loud parties.

Sports- if you were not born here then your child will have a difficult time making teams and fitting in. It’s Daddy’s ball for sure with all sports and clubs. Drugs are in the schools so teach your child what to be careful with. "
