4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageVery large school, large student population, and not a lot of available communication or support because of the number of students in each class and number of classes. They regularly have to dismiss behavior issue otherwise the front office would be filled daily. Therefore, other student’s learning and general well being is effected. They don’t have consistent staff including admin, so it is hard for students to get consistent messages and discipline year to year. The math curriculum they have right now is horrendous and the reading curriculum is outdated and does not address esol or general knowledge gaps well. He left the new state of the art school for an older school which honestly gave me pause.He returned for the 2022-2023 school year and is continuing to thrive. He is receiving an excellent education and is well on track to succeed in college and more importantly in life.The staff genuinely cares about his success, too. "This home is located in Sandy Springs, Ga. Very safeand clean neighborhood, with local shops, 21st century mall, and dining. Convenient access to I-85, and 285 expressway. The school system nearby is considered one of the best in the state. There is a local libray neary that offers state of the art facility for reading. Work out facilities and different ogranic grocery stores (Wholefoods, Trader Joes, Publix, Krogers) are also in close proximity. Nearby parks and recreaction offer state of the art playground for children. Sandy Springs, Georgia is rated one of the top cities in the state of Georgia to raise a family. "
