I’ve always loved BES, but we’re moving to a different county for the 2019/2020 school year. I didn’t realize how great this school truly is until we started looking at others. Everything from recess time, indoor ‘play’ time, the rotation of extra curriculars, and the methods used to teach the children here is unbeatable.

"We have several community events at the clubhouse. A 4th of July Golf Cart Parade, Fireworks, an adult Halloween party, great trick-or-treating for kids, Christmas Party, New Years Eve party, and several other events. There is a wonderful play ground for children, pool for everyone, and boat ramp/marina for all to enjoy. "

"Waterfront and canal front boating community. This community has direct access to the Intercoastal water way, ICW, with small islands located along the ICW. Short boating distance to Morehead City, Beaufort and Swansboro. Access to Beaufort inlet and Emerald Isle inlet for off shore fishing."

"This neighborhood is quiet when it counts and lively in the summer. It's located near the water, but not to close, with a deeded day dock and 6 boat slips on the intercostal waterway. The residents are friendly and helpful, crime is non-existent, and everyone keeps their yards and homes tip-top. Great for children and adults, good place to move about on a golf cart, and there seems to always be a breeze in the summer. Located near friends in Goose Creek. Located between Morehead City and Swansboro. Lowes, Lowes Food, Wilco Hess, Goose Creek Marine, McDonalds, Hardee's, Subway, Walgreens, Golfin Dolphin, etc., are just a few minutes down the road. Great views, some better than others, all and all an outstanding place to raise a family, retire, or just kick back and enjoy the good life. "

"Convenient location to access hwy 24 between Morehead City and Swansboro. 10 minutes to public beach and 10 min. to major shopping district. Quiet dead-end street with neighborhood boat ramp, day dock access to deep water ICW in the Bogue Sound salt water."

"Wonderful area to raise a family , retirees, or young folks who like swimming and surfing at the beach. Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle, and Fort Macon only minutes away. Or get there by boat from your waterfront property in Newport on the mainland. Only 3 miles to the beach by boat. Enjoy your private dock and boat lift. And the Croatan High School is literally across the street. One of the TOP rated high schools in the state of North Carolina!!"
