Our apartments are located at 300 & 306 Craft Avenue, 3227 & 3229 Joe Hammer Square, 515 & 517 Semple Street, 3508 Cable Place, and 5420 Ellsworth Avenue which are ideal for students attending any of the surrounding universities. All of our apartments have been newly renovated within the last couple of years!

Craft Avenue and Joe Hammer Square apartments are about 15-minute walk to Pitt. These properties offer 1-bedroom, several 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans with select apartments offering balconies.

Semple Street and Cable Place Apartments are about a 7-minute walk to the University of Pittsburgh Campus, Magee Hospital and other UPMC facilities, and the many other dining, retail, and nightlife options Oakland has to offer.

    "It’s a college area, so unless you’re in school I wouldn’t advise living here. Places are affordable the best if you have a roommate to make it easier but unless you’re in college, there’s no point of living here."

    "It seems less safe than it is. Oakland is almost completely college students, and the police patrol quite often, so it's not uncommon to see several police cars out at the same time. It is dirty and there's broken glass everywhere, but the insides of most places are livable (for a college student's standards)."
