"Terrible … 20 mins turns into an hour with traffic heading towards the base. God forbid there’s an accident. Might as well just stay home."
  • Madeline Alfonso Torres
"Its a great area a lot of nature, not to many activities to do locally still a great place though. If you like the slow paced, nature, big field ambiance it’s for you. "
  • Sarah Langan
"It’s a nice neighborhood, not fond of the HOA the developers agreement in we have to pay /use infastructure/ cable -internet company too and you have no alternate choice. Anyways looks great landscaping is pricey, only one pool for a big and growing neighborhood."
  • Wavy225
"need more dog parks. You need to have shaded parks. fountains and it would be nice to have more walking trails or parks in the area to take your pets and not have to take pets of all sizes, sexes and breeds to the same parks. "
  • Trulia User

"Yorkshire plantation is really great community where everyone takes care of one another. Everyone is very friendly and would stay here for longer if my job would allow it!"
  • Robert E. J.
"It's back in a rural area in a former golf club community of about 250 homes. You have to have a car to get around. Some of the neighbors get around in golf carts. There are no stores or churches in this community. People hear are friendly to each other or they keep to themselves."
  • Moonstarwishes13
"some of the houses are not fenced, take this into consideration that there will be additional cost for a fence"
  • Shelly2423
"I would see no issues with a person owning a dog out here. They would love the big open spaces your animals would have to run and to play. "
  • Hotlikedat4
"commute can be rough during construction or accidents occur since only one way in and out from this location."
  • Lloyd
"We've lived in the area since 1996 and had two childred graduate from high school here. "
  • Romell A.
"I love this area. It is growing a lot and soon will have everything you could think of having in a nice quiet area"
  • Kathy M.
"I lived in this neighborhood for 3 years. loved it! Quiet and clean with nice neighbors."
  • Zellabracy
"This community has an active HOA, with almost monthly community events. A multi-generational community with retirees and young families who all enjoy the area. Walking trails, community pool and a golf course keep everyone active. Nestled off the beaten track, but a quick drive to everything this area is one of the better kept secrets in Harnett County. "
