Brand-new flooring throughout the house. House is in a subdivision, but sits on 3/4 of an acre. Has a small pool. Owner lives on 2nd floor.

Room for rent. Shared bathroom. Furnished house, furnished bedroom if wanted. $600/mo +$85 for all utilities paid. $800 /mo for a couple $160 utilities (Includes gas, electric, water, garbage and 2GB WiFi). 20-25 minutes from Covington, Conyers or McDonough.

All new flooring, new tile in the kitchen, lots of strorage

No pets - PS...no you won't come meet me and convince me how nice you are and that you ought to be able to have your pet. I am super nice, I have and love animals...just not in my rental that I put every floor board in with my own hands.
