About this House

This Cozy House is Adorable
The Pictures Say it All! This house is located at the end of a private street off North Street in Saco. The kitchen and bathroom are updated and the large, living room has hardwood floors. The plowing and mowing are done by owner- Tenant is responsible to remove snow from porches and walkway. There is some storage in the basement, but it is at your own risk and should be stored up high in case sump pump were to fail or there is a power outage. There is a detached garage and one bay is available for the tenants use. The rent is $1250 which includes the heat (up to 300 gallons). Tenant pays the electric bill. Note: The electric bill runs about $140.00 per month due to the sump pump and electric hot water heater in the basement. First, last and security deposit, good references, credit check are a must!
