Very private and safe, just above bypass road and post office. 3 min walk to coffee shops, Mana Foods and restaurants. Dead end street with street lights and long time family neighbors who keep an eye on things and help each other out. The owners live on site in back house with separate driveway, entrance, parking, laundry, yard etc.
