The oversized dining room and living room offer ample space for entertaining. When it's time to step away, there are two large bedrooms, each with its own closet and ceiling fan.

Spend the day at Szot Park, walk the campus at Elms College, cruise the shops and restaurants on Memorial Drive, or head down to Springfield to enjoy MGM, the Basketball Hall of Fame, and a long list of wonderful attractions. Easy access to I-391, 91, and the Mass Pike to get back and forth to work.

Rent is $1,650 per month with Heat and Hot Water Included. Landlord also covers cold water, sewer, waste removal, lawn mowing, and snow removal. Tenant is responsible for electricity, gas for the stove, and internet. There is on-street parking only. Well behaved cats and small dogs are allowed for $50 per pet, per month. There are washer / dryer hook ups in the kitchen area. Appliances are not provided.

Screening Criteria: 1) Monthly net income of 3X the rent ($4,650+). 2) Credit score of 600 or better.
