All the essentials are within 5-10 minutes of home, including lovely downtown Exeter with unique shopping and restaurants . Portsmouth with a wide of boutiques, dining, and entertainment is 15 minutes away. The beach is 20 minutes. Travel to Boston and MHT is easily accessible from RT 101. Neighborhoods are friendly, private, and safe. This is all the best of the seacoast area. "

The Stratham Community, its police and fire, and its elected officials do a marvelous job of not only preserving the heritage of the town, but also putting together a healthy plan for the future.
