This home boasts a spacious living room and dining room as well as an eat in kitchen. The bathroom was recently remodeled. There are washer and dryers included in the house right off of the kitchen. They work fine but will be provided in as is condition. To the left side of the bottom floor stairwell is a built in desk in excellent shape. The bathroom is downstairs and the 3 bedrooms are upstairs. All 3 bedrooms are a nice size and should have all the space you need to comfortably furnish a queen or king size bedroom set. The house also features a side deck as well as a nice little back yard. There is a basement for additional storage. The house can be provided furnished. The tenant is responsible for all lawn care and snow care. The owner will supply a lawn mower. Gas heat. The tenant pays for their own gas and electric. The landlord pays the water and sewer. Up to 2 pets will be considered on a case by case basis but there will be an additional $50.00 charge (per pet) in rent if Pets are accepted. 1st, last, and security to move in.
