No smoking and no subleasing.

Renters are responsible for paying the utilities (water, gas, electric and internet), and yard care/mowing/snow removal.

Ideal tenant has income at least 3 times of the rent, good credit score, stable employment and reasonable references. Please note credit report and employment/income verification are needed for signing the lease.

Applications must be complete to be considered. In the event that there are multiple qualified applicants the house will be offered to applicants in order of when their application was completed.
