From the first information request call to graduation, a teacher or administrator cared for my teen and us for 4 full years during the most troubling times we've experienced. We were very new to Danvers and I couldn't speak more highly of the reception I felt from the very beginning. My son started late his freshman year and yet, he had the same counselor from day one. Athletic offerings abound for any type of interest, the list of clubs to join are endless. I couldn't believe how quickly the Principal rallied staff, parents and community leaders to get us back to virtual, then hybrid, then in person. Assistance is always available. Oftentimes, test scores are not the real measurement of success. I witnessed my son flourish and grow into a young man thanks to the dedication from TOP to BOTTOM and everyone in between that he received.

My school is Thorpe school. I am grateful to the staff and most of all Mrs. Tricca. My child started kindergarden this year. I was nervous that my control over what she sees and hears and the different believes is all but gone. The staff has made that a little less terrifying for me. The info sessions are helpful. The flyers they send home are very helpful as I am a single mother with a full time job. And last but not least Mrs. Tricca. My daughter is engaged and excited about school which I can only attribute to her teacher. I can only imagine it is difficult to manage let alone teach 20+ 5 and 6 year olds. She is also very responsive to my questions and answers in a timely manner and is bringing me along thru this difficult first step in letting go. So Thorpe school is great. I wouldn't change a thing.

This school is horrible, they take away more and more of our rights every year, and when it comes to bullying, don’t get me started, they do NOTHING, most of the teachers are mean and don’t help, there are fights, hate messages everywhere, and there taking away our very few cromebook rights like having our own backgrounds, our own profile pictures, the only thing that is good about it, and people wonder why we’re depressed.
