So, might need to be able to put up with some final touches.
The property is comprised of the main house (this rental listing), a Barn apartment and a Garage apartment. While not a requirement, the hope and intention is to create a cooperative property with the potential for shared vegetable garden, shared chickens, etc. -- that's all optional of course.
There is garage parking for 1 car and outdoor parking for additional cars.
If you're interested, best thing to do is call the owner to set up a time to visit or a FaceTime if you're out of town. Attached is a picture of the outside of the house which was purposefully not changed much in the renovation to keep the old character of the place. Update as of 7/5. Finishing touches happening. Bathroom tile getting installed mid-July because unfortunately the tile order got delayed! Pictures will be forthcoming, as with all the tools around, pictures are just not doing it justice. best thing is to drop by or Facetime.
