3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIt's the definition of mediocre. The worst thing is those stupid yondr pouches, they make you lock your phone in it for the entire day. What if there's an actual emergency? "We have a desk phone" No. We need to have direct access to our parents if we ever need it, not just teachers. And the metal detectors in the morning, for some people they always go off, and they need to have their bag searched which almost always makes them late to first period. There are always fights between people. In one of my classes, the teacher didn't even care to reprimand these two girls (in their class) who were SCREAMING at each other. The kids in the class were doing more than the teacher. Another classroom called the AP's and they took care of it while the teacher did nothing at all. Another thing is the how strict they are on being late to class. I have one class in the B hall of the Alex building, and the next one right after is in the M hall in the main building, on the second floor. I barely have enough time to get there, and I know other people in that class come from the Alex building as well. I always have to run to get there on time which is annoying.Student Review1y ago11 Reviews - Colin Powell Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter constantly complained about her teachers being mean to her. I had to withdrew her from the school. They forced the withdraw last week on the school year, which prevented getting the Final grades on the report card. My daughter did all the work, passed tested with flying colors. It was a hassle not having the final report card to move her to a new school. So, I did not appreciate what they did with that.Parent Review9mo ago20 Reviews - Ronald W Reagan Middle School
