"Avoid this area at all costs the police department has a quota and they are vicious. There are speed traps everywhere and they will never give you a break, my neighbor got a ticket for not moving his car in his own driveway. "

"Saddlebrook Farms is an exceptional community for active adults (55 years and wiser) in our population. There are about 1400 homes here and provide a wonderful environment to retire. The community is located just south of Grayslake, right in the heart of Lake County. Close enough to shopping areas and restaurants without being too close. There are several small lakes for fishing and lots of walking trails for the explorer in you!"

"Walking distance to Metra Train and the bus stops in front of house. Walking distance to private beach with boat launch for residents only. Walk to shops & restaurants on East Main St. Bike or walk the trails near by. 6 minutes from College of Lake County & University Center by bus or car. "
