Apartment for rent.

I am looking for a single person who is around 30 years of age or older that is a non-smoker, no pets and someone who will keep the place clean and isn't a loud person or has big parties. A person that I can get along with and someone who would treat the apartment as if it was their home.

It's a cozy place kitchen is a very good size as is the living room. The bed room is an open room (no door) and company will walk by your bedroom to go to the bathroom. So if your not embarrassed of how you keep your bed room, I think you'll be just fine. It looks better then it sounds.
It has a bedroom that can fit a double size bed with a small bureau. Or a queen bed without a bureau, but there are three good size closets for hanging stuff, also racks shelfs.

Everything is included. Nothing needs to be paid for but the month to month bill. You will have access to free Wi-Fi for TV's, cell's and tablet's. If you want cable TV that could be required but that bill is yours.

The rent is $1600.00, 1 month security and first month's rent to a total of 3600.00 to move in. I would need a person who can show me 2 to 3 years of consistent working ability for their job they are still working at.

The rent is due on the first of every month no matter when the 1st falls, but come the 1st of the month.
If you can't pay you can't stay. This is being told upfront in order for me to pick the right person since we will be in and sharing the same place. I'm upstairs, you'll be on the lower level (Back side of my home).

Which is why I'm asking for an older person with a stable job and steady income. A BCI check is also required.
Pictures are here.

Please feel free to call or text and make an appointment to look at it if you are interested and fit within the guidelines I listed above.
