She is an incredible match for him. She has creative, effective ways of teaching reading that you would never think of—and those skills come from her own personal experience. Mrs. Arnold *knew* which first-grade teacher would best meet my son’s needs and intentionally guided that transition. She also connected us with a tutor for additional support—Mrs. C, who happens to be the teacher Mrs. Arnold student-taught with. Even better, Mrs. C works closely with students at HTA.You will not find many schools where three teachers align so seamlessly to create the perfect path for a child. My son had the thinnest line of opportunity—not even a risk—and today he is reading, learning, and keeping pace with his peers.
