I have had 2 generations in Lone Oak Schools, The staff is always on top of their game when it comes to making sure the students are doing their best. I can't say enough how thankful I am for such a dedicated and family type setting we have. Not only the staff at the school but a big shout out to the parents that dedicate their time to helping and teaching our children and grand children in the YSA program (YALL ROCK)!!

Transferring our daughter to Lone Oak from a much bigger district is the best decision we have ever made. At LOHS our child thrived and had opportunities she would have not had in the bigger district we came from. Teachers and administrators are also very supportive!

This School is amazing! They hold their students to high expectations both academically and behaviorally. It is more strict than a lot of other schools, but that helps prevent discipline issues. The staff listen to parents and focus on each student's needs. Behavioral issues are addressed immediately & fairly, and the teachers are backed by the administration. The campus has a variety of different extracurricular activities to reach all students, including: Archery, Robotics, Theatre, Band, Art, Beta Club, Student Council, UIL Academic Competitions, football, basketball, volleyball, cross country, & track. They also have a house system so that every student forms a sense of belonging. It's obvious that they care about kids!
