It's in a convenient location; right near the bank, Stewarts and a short walk to Pasquales and the shopping plaza. The 2nd bedroom is a bit small, generally used for a kid's room or home office. The garage is attached which is great for our cold winters!

Owner pays for water & sewer, lawn care, snow removal, and trash pickup. Tenant is responsible for electricity and natural gas. NO pets, NO smoking.

"Apple fest every September; lots of sidewalk sale, food, band’s, two day event. Memorial day, Fourth of July, Veterans Days Parades Christmas , the fire dept Decorates their trucks and drives around the town seven nights before Christmas"

"Great place to live. Built the house in 2000 in an upscale community of Button Brook. Walking distance to school and town of Peru. One hour to Lake Placid home of the 1932 and 1980 Winter Olympics. 1-1/2 hours to Montreal Canada. Located 5 miles from beautiful Lake Champlain. "
