Description

This home was completely renovated in 2018. The home was gutted down to the studs and an addition was added.
All new electrical inside and out, plumbing, septic, Heat and AC, open cell spray foam on the roof decking and walls. All permits were pulled.

Custom vanities with quartz counters and under-mount sinks.
New metal roof with peal n seal secondary moisture barrier.
Double pain, low-E, single hung vinyl windows.
Custom laundry room with plenty of cabinets for storage along with a custom Quartzite countertops.

In 2020 a 600sf guest house was built. It's fully custom and has a full bathroom with a tile walk-in shower. It also has a full kitchen with a hammered copper range hood, granite countertops and absolutely no drywall. The interior walls and ceilings have a combination of rough and smooth cut cypress. The floors are covered with Mannington Apex LVP. It also has a large covered porch. This building is permitted the same as the main house.

In 2021 a 18x38 salt water above ground pool and deck was added. The property also features 2 storage buildings. One for lawn equipment and the other for anything else you can think of.

In 2023 a 540sf game room and workshop was added. This has new electric and is heated and cooled with a 1.5 ton mini-split. The game room currently is home to a 9ft Craftmaster pool table. The floor is covered with carpet squares.

The entire property is secured with a 6ft privacy fence which features 4x6 posts instead of 4x4.

To finish off the property are two large pergolas in the front yard and fruit trees in the back!
