The neighborhood is very quite and for the most part crime free. The property is within walking distance to local elementary school. The house has had a very recent renovation appliances are only a couple of years old in great shape. Floors are carpet and tile for which the carpets are new. Brand new quartz counters through whole house. small storage shed in small but spacious backyard. Front driveway has been extended to accommodate more parking. Also I live just down the street so if you need me for anything I can be there as much or as little as you want within reason of course.

renter responsible for utilities, no smoking, maintenance on yard work can be negotiated with rental price, one year lease, also we have an HOA they are not to terrible but you will be required to follow all bylaws which will be provided to you at signing.

    "they would like the large back yards. They wouldn't like natural predators that are a danger to smaller dogs. Also, many people have chickens which are an issue with dogs that like to hunt or that would be a danger to chickens. Fences are needed."
