About this House

Community amenities include a pool and playground. Attached garage and driveway parking. Conveniently located near Canoe Creek Road with quick access to Highway 192, Lake Nona, and Florida's Turnpike.

Utilities: Tenant is responsible for electric (OUC) and water/sewer (Toho Water Authority). Accounts must be placed in tenant's name prior to move-in.

Lawn care: Tenant is responsible for lawn maintenance and basic landscaping. Alternatively, landlord will handle lawn service for an additional $200/month added to rent tenant's choice at lease signing.

HOA: Monthly HOA dues are paid by the owner. Tenant is required to comply with all HOA rules, covenants, and guidelines, including parking, trash, and exterior appearance standards. Any HOA fines resulting from tenant violations are the tenant's responsibility.

Pets: Maximum of two pets, approved case-by-case. One-time non-refundable pet fee of $500, plus $50/month per pet added to rent.
