Clovis unified school district. $2095.00 first and Security of $2095.00 plus a $300.00 cleaning fee.
Will be refundable when left cleaned when vacating the property this will be a month-to-month Rental. All Utilities, to be paid by tenant. This includes PG&E, Gas and electricity, Clovis Water District includes garbage service, Lawn service paid by Landlord.
Washer and dryer and dish washer are included. No smoking, No pets. No fire pits. Credit check will have to be ran upon apply for this rental.

Rent is due on the first of every month and a late fee of $100 will be charged if rent is late. if the first of the month falls on a weekend or Holiday the tenant must give property owner postdated check. Renter pays for all utilities including electric, gas, water, and trash. Trash day is on Friday's. No Pets allowed. Guests can only stay for two nights, or additional fees will be added. Parking on driveway only. TV wall mounts and Pictures only allowed by review. from landlord. Gardner is paid by Landlord Sprinklers must be always operating on timer and programed by Landlord not to be touch by tenant. Washer and Dryer provided in the garage. Any issues "Emergency only" with property including fixtures, plumbing electrical or gas must notify landlord immediately or call 911. Renters must provide their own rental Insurance. $200.00 charge if all keys and garage opener is not returned upon vacating Premises. A $300.00 cleaning fee is not included in the deposit. The deposit will be returned when vacating the property and walk through has been finalized. There is another property owner list of does and don'ts upon tour if tenant qualifies after credit check has been approved. This property is a month to month and no subleasing allowed. Please note rental insurance is required no later than five business days upon move in, required by Landlord.

It’s in the heart of Fresno you can go up the mountain or down the 99. Shopping is very close by and delicious dining as well as fast food if that’s your preference. Easy access to freeways and entertainment is very family friendly during farmer markets in Old Town Clovis. Lots of local shopping and antique stores."

    "I love living right off the Clovis Trail. Been here 9 years and don’t plan on moving. I’m the onsite manager of Trailside Apts. Dewiit has sidewalks on one side and is well lit. I’ve walked after dark and feel pretty safe. Pollasky doesn’t have sidewalks and isn’t well lit but the streets are wide and good for walking. And there’s always the trail!"
