Street level or the first floor features an open living room and eat in kitchen with full back deck overlooking the valley. Our second level has 2 full bedrooms and 2 full baths. A small balcony is located off the master bedroom. The third level has a 10 x 16 loft bonus room, which can be utilized in a myriad of ways. Three walls between each townhome minimizes noise between homes and keeps utilities at a minimum. The washer/dryer hookup is located in the basement. This is an excellent home for anyone wanting to live within the city limits without the traffic or congestion. Finally, the townhome is within close proximity to medical services and the hospital.
