    "This area is beautiful. The schools are all within a mile, the neighborhood looks like a golf course on a large lake/reservoir, and it is centered directly between Greenville and Anderson. Shopping is close enough, but not so close that traffic and overcrowding is a problem."

    "This neighborhood is 8 miles from the shopping areas of Fairview and I-385 yet feels very rural and is the reason for the peace and quiet. 52 acre private lake for the 40 homesites located around it. No loud motors on the lake, 5hp trolling motors only. Safe and friendly area."
