Upon entering you'll see an open living area with cozy leather chairs, a Smart TV, and plenty of books, puzzles, and games for your entertainment. The dining room and kitchen are fully stocked and ready for family meals, cozy nights in, or grilling on the back porch. You can expect pots, pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, tupperware, a blender, and so much more.
Off of the living room is the Reading Room & Office (or make it your third bedroom). You can find large maps of the Grand Canyon from the early 1900s, numerous nature books and fun fiction, as well as a designated chair and desk, ideal for your remote working needs. The Wifi is fast and reliable.
A short hall extends from the living room to the two spacious bedrooms and the bathroom. Both bedrooms have been remodeled and feature luxurious linens, brand new mattresses, and gel pillows. The bathroom is also recently remodeled with the mountains in mind. In it, you'll have a full bath tub and shower, all necessary towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
The backyard is fully enclosed for your furry friend. Likewise, as with many homes in Flagstaff, our summers are very mild, so we do not have an AC unit in the house. Opening the windows at night and closing them during the day keeps the house very cool throughout the summer months.
Lease minimum of 6 months. Utilities included: water, electricity, trash, gas, and wifi. No smoking anywhere on the property, inside or outside. All parking is off street and can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Tenant is responsible for lawn maintenance - lawn mower and weed wacker can be provided. Will consider well-behaved dogs with additional refundable deposit.
