About this House

Just got married and am renting my home. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and lots of living space. We just put in new laminate flooring in the basement and installed a beautiful new shower in one of the bathrooms. Most of the basement has been newly painted. The home has a huge deck with views of Mount Olympus that overlooks a ravine in the backyard. The garage has lots of storage space and room for two small cars. Lots of driveway parking. Fenced in garden area.

Really great neighborhood! Convenient location right off I-215 is 15 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from Kimball Junction, 20 minutes from the airport, and 30 minutes from 6 different ski resorts!

6 month minimum. Willing to rent it for up to 24 months.
Tenant pays for electric, gas, internet and cable/TV
Landlord pays for garbage/recycle and sewer
Home is set up for Google Fiber
No smoking or vaping
No pets
Tenants are responsible for yard (lawn care, snow removal, etc.)

    "I've lived here in holladay for years now. I've seen it change for good and bad. The neighborhoods are great, safe and quiet. Unfortunately the apartment living is just the opposite. Noise, junker cars, unleashed dogs, garbage and police presence. Buy a home here but don't rent an apartment."
