Gracefully nestled on a private 53-acre country estate of open, rolling land known as "Windy Bush Hill" creating a scenic backdrop of tranquility and beauty is this circa 1753 homestead. This magnificent Bucks County stone Manor Home with its two outbuildings has passed through a limited number of owners, each bestowing updates while maintaining the historic charm. The original section of the home dates back to the mid-1700s with a portion being added in the late 1900s. An elegant, traditional design with every amenity appreciated for today’s lifestyle. Currently configured with 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 half baths. This manor home has been lovingly preserved and offers sustainable space. Abundant in character, this antique beauty showcases skillfully crafted exterior and interior stonework, deep windowsills, slate roof, 4 wood-burning fireplaces, wide plank wood floors, arched paneled entryways, detailed millwork, exposed beamed ceilings, period hardware, and built-ins throughout. The outbuildings include a detached garage with 3 bays for storage as well as a bonus space above making it ideal for a studio, gym or guest space and an eye-catching barn offering wonderful versatility. 8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIn my experience, this school is nowhere close to how wonderful people say it is. The Principal is amazing, but some teachers are not so great, and our child has not progressed in math or ELA like they did in previous schools. Won't send my other children here. PTO is a closed door to the in-crowd only, and are not welcoming to other volunteers, and office staff can be rude. There are not many other options in the area, but I'd advise traveling further afield to get better academics and a nicer community.Parent Review1y ago - Council Rock High School North

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child attended CRN schools from K-11 (sophomore year). The level of entitlement goes unmatched and we were a family of “have nots” (aka lived in a townhome). My child played sports, was an average student and was bullied. Threatened to be beaten up on numerous occasions, verbally assaulted in the halls and lunchroom and the bullies… those kids should just be ignored. Just don’t pay attention to them was the administrations solution. We moved out of the district for Junior and Senior year. Usually a tough transition for a high school kid. Not ours! They flourished and ended up with an academic scholarship to college. Had we stayed, this would never have happened. If you’re what the town considers a “have not”, do your children a favor and find another place to live. It’s not worth your children’s mental health.Parent Review1y ago - Newtown Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is draining for students. No diversity at all and overall very boring. I know students who have been harassed inside and outside of school. The teachers are strict and not understanding. The school will slam you for minor things like chewing gum, talking, being late, etc. Which results in 1 hour and 45 minute detentions. The teams separate the grade completely because they don't have lunch together so you can only communicate with your team for most of the time. School life is very stressful and for the past two years of me being here, I have been at my lowest point. The test scores are great but the learning environment and kids are very dull and depressing. I do not recommend this school for parents who want their child to be excited about school and happy overall in their school environment.Student Review6mo ago - Check out schools near 2950 Windy Bush Rd.

"The Commute is very very efficient the highways are very close and we are very close to the highway. The drive is very very easy and fast. High-speed as much as possible and get ticketed often I’m starting to get sick and tired of the police they’re always policing the area. I’m gonna move to Wyckoff New Jersey soon. I like New Jersey better than Pennsylvania"
