You may optionally get additional storage room (12x112) in the basement. The unit comes with washer and dryer hook ups. There is a working washer and dryer in place now which you are welcome to use or you may bring your own. Even though this is a first floor unit there are seven to four steps on the front and back entrances respectively so unfortunately the unit is not wheelchair accessible. The unit has hardwood floors throughout with checkered black and white tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. On street parking. There are usually ample spaces for parking directly in front of the building.

The property in located on a bike lane designated street. There is bus stop right up front. It is close distance to parks, Berkeley newly rebuilt Elmwood Library, College avenue restaurants and shops, theater, Whole foods, Berkeley Bowl, and Safeway grocery stores , hospital and financial centers, etc. Ashby BART station is a short five minute drive.

The lease is for 12 months. The security deposit is $3000. First month and SD needed before move in.
