Hello! I am listing my lovely home for rent. This house is a short walking distance from Sequiota Park on a dead end cul-de-sac. This adorable home is minutes from grocery stores, shopping, movie theaters, and many restaurants. With tall ceilings, a massive walk-in closet, plenty of storage, and a 6ft privacy fence, this house will not disappoint.

There are a couple rules:
No previous evictions
No smoking
Income must be 3X rent
No cats
Must submit to Zillow's credit and background check

House broken non-aggressive dogs under 25 lbs are ok with a $500 deposit. Deposit is $1500.

We love the faculty and staff at Sequiota. We were welcomed with open arms by the warm teachers and kind families when we moved to Springfield. Sequiota's rating should be 10/10. I truly believe the highly qualified teachers and support staff makes a world of difference! We <3 being Indians!!!
