THIS IS A FURNISHED UNIT. A truly amazing home! And it's tastefully and fully furnished. When you drive up to the home it doesn't appear to be anything special though the xeriscaped landscape is nicely done. But minds are changed after walking in and seeing the finishes. The master bedroom and bathroom are sure to delight with a copper tub, stand alone shower, bidet, heated floors and tile throughout. The second bedroom is also nicely done and also on the main level. The third bedroom is not the best but is still functional and even has a built in desk. The basement is wide open with nice carpet, sectional and large TV, great for movie nights and hanging with family and friends. You can access the backyard through an accordion glass door in the basement. This place has solar panels and central air. The kitchen has a quality hood and perfect for the chef in you! The view of the valley is breathtaking off of the main level deck. The backyard speaks for itself. Come and see!

"I've lived here in holladay for years now. I've seen it change for good and bad. The neighborhoods are great, safe and quiet. Unfortunately the apartment living is just the opposite. Noise, junker cars, unleashed dogs, garbage and police presence. Buy a home here but don't rent an apartment."
  • Bri Steinkamp
"Safe to be outside on walks at all times. Clean sidewalks. Respectful drivers. Community of dog owners. "
  • Trulia User
"Mix of older homes and brand new ones. Young people moving in to bring fun and activity to the area."
  • Jessica L.
"We have trunk or treating everyone Halloween it is really fun. They have a bbq every summer also and that’s all I know about "
