Convenient Southeast Eugene location - 1/2 block to Market of Choice on 29th & Willamette, banks, cafes and public transit. Two miles to UO or downtown; 3 miles to LCC. Amazon and Wayne Morse parks are less than 1/2 mile away.

12-month lease; $2,390 security deposit. Screening fee: $10 per adult. Verifiable accommodation animals welcome; no pets. No smoking or vaping. We will need to view Picture ID, recent Pay Stubs, proof of income and/or 2 years tax returns. A professional screening company checks Credit, Evictions and Criminal History.
