Interested in tenant(s) who pays rent on time, is considerate, and takes care of the place inside and out.

$3200 per month rent. First and last month rent plus $2900 deposit. Additional $800 animal deposit ($300 non-refundable) No application fees. Total move-in costs can be split amongst first 2-3 months, if needed. DO NOT DISTURB TENANTS.
