Great school would highly recommend. Caring and competent staff and administration that really cares about the students.

My son has been in this school for 2 years now. The teachers he has had so far have been very open for communicating with me and let me know if and when there is a problem. They sat and worked with him with his handwriting and He is getting better each day. He has come home everyday with a smile on his face.

A stepping-stone school at best.High-quality teachers don’t stay because there’s no effort to retain them—low pay and lack of administrative support push them toward better opportunities elsewhere. Many who remain seem resistant to growth or improvement.HR is disorganized, frequently citing "no policy in place" for basic professional procedures. Communication is unclear, and delays are common. The union lacks true advocacy, often prioritizing its own interests over fair representation.The workplace culture is toxic—gossip is rampant, and instead of addressing legitimate concerns, leadership allows misinformation to spread unchecked. That said, you will find some gems here—teachers and staff who genuinely care about students and work hard despite the challenges. Unfortunately, the system does little to support them.If you're considering employment here, be prepared for frustration, red tape, and little support.For parents, Be prepared to advocate for your child, as administrative inefficiencies can lead to frustration and inconsistent communication.
