Located in Portland Street Park, a small upscale complex comprised of three duplexes and two renovated houses. It is privately owned and managed by the owners.

12-month lease; $2,300 security deposit. Application screening fee: $10 per adult. Verifiable accommodation animals are welcome; pets are not allowed. Household income must be three times the rent (excluding utilities). No smoking or vaping. Favorable Rental History of 3 years must be from verifiable, unbiased and unrelated sources. No pets; Accommodation animals are welcome.

We do not provide or accept online applications through Zillow or any other service. We use paper applications from the Oregon Rental Housing Association, Inc.; please contact the owner to obtain an application and view the unit. Applications contain additional details regarding the application process and screening guidelines. Applications are currently being accepted and will continue to be accepted until the unit is rented.

Unit is unfurnished. Owners pay for garbage/recycling, yard care, irrigation and power for exterior parking lot and complex lighting. Tenants pay for their interior water/storm water/waste water/electricity use and to power unit's porch light.

Renter's Insurance is required, the policy must have $100,000 liability coverage. Renter's insurance is not required if the combined household income of the tenants falls at or below 50% of the area median income.

Security deposit and first month's rent due at signing; we don't ask for last month's rent in advance. Online rent payments available.

If you are an applicant with limited English proficiency, you are entitled to submit a request for an additional 24 hours to provide you with more time to seek language assistance services for the purpose of complying with the Landlord's screening and application requirements.
