SATURDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2:00-3:00pm We are renting our home in Bothell starting in November. It is in a friendly neighborhood, walking distance to Cedar Wood Elementary School. The home has a master bedroom and dedicated bath upstairs along with two other bedrooms and a full guest bath. There is a family room with a fireplace as well as a dining room and recently remodeled kitchen also upstairs. A sliding glass door opens to a spacious second level patio. Downstairs is laundry, a full bath, and a large entertaining room which was remodeled in 2018. The slider opens to the ground level patio. Lots of closet space and storage downstairs as well. The house is just over 2000 sq ft and the lot is about 7400 sq ft. A two-car, indoor garage and private driveway face the front of the street and out back is a storage shed. The back yard has both an outdoor deck for BBQ and a large grassy area. Pets are welcome.

Tenant pays all utilities.

My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
