Vacation oasis located in a beautiful and quiet 55+ community on a golf course. Minutes from downtown Punta Gorda and a short drive to a dozen beaches. The home is fully furnished with everything you need for your stay including beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. Pool on site.

Utilities not included.

Two car parking available in driveway only. No street parking allowed. Golf cart available for your use.

Small dogs and cats are OK. There is a gated dog park in the community.

Quiet hours: 9p-6a. Must go through community office for background check. We are looking for a renter who wants to stay for 3 months to 1 year starting august 2024.
