And if you drive, there is easy street parking.The building is approximately three blocks from Rainbow Beach, one block to the gorgeous Church of Saint Bride at 78th & Coles as well as the Powell Academy School at 77th & Coles.Appliances, heat and hot water are included in the price of the rent. The tenant is responsible for their own cooking gas and electric. There is no security deposit, just a one-time move in fee of $250.00. Decline started in the eighties and nineties (relocation of people from demolished housing developments) to areas nearby. Improvement might come sometime in the future because of location to the lake."
