About this House

Great little single family home located in the heart of Cheyenne, WY. All appliances recently replaced with a 60 day guarantee on functionality. Furnace and central air conditioner only 1 year old. Brand new water heater. Home has been fully cleaned/sanitized inside and out. Fenced front and backyard with a one car garage and alley access. Maximum of two pets allowed with a non-refundable deposit. Less than a mile from Pioneer Park and Elementary School.

To secure the property, 1st and last months rent with security/cleaning deposit due upfront for a total of $3,400. Security/cleaning deposit of $800 will be non-refundable if you have any pets (maximum of two allowed). Monthly rent of $1,300 + utilities for the previous month (internet, gas, electricity, water/sewer, and trash/recycling - copies of bills will be forwarded to tenant preferably via email) will be due on or before the 5th of each month, and a $100 discount will apply IF payment is RECEIVED by the 1st. Lease term is for 1 year. If lease is broken for any reason, tenant may be liable for rent until a new tenant is found (determined on a case by case basis).
