ABOUT US:
We are two sisters working 8-5 schedules sharing the home. We like to keep the home tidy. We spend our free time going to the gym, surfing, taking dance lessons, or catching up on the newest Netflix show. We have a lovable dog and cat - both are friendly and well behaved.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Open to female and male roommates. Must have proof of employment. Happy to socialize together or leave you be. If this sounds like your ideal living situation, reach out! We'd love to show you the space.

ABOUT THE LEASE
6 month lease with the ability to extend at the end of each term. Utilities are split amongst the roommates. They include electric and internet. Water and trash are covered by our HOA.

6 month lease with the option of extending further. Smoking and vaping not allowed indoors.
