We love the community path that leads down to the Old Mill and the fact that we're so close to downtown and 97. It's a surprisingly quiet spot considering how central it is. I love to ride my bike down to the Deschutes River Trail, the Canal Trail, downtown and to other areas of the city."

    "I have lived in the neighborhood 18 years and LOVE this pocket neighborhood. I can walk to everything, including the concerts at the amphitheater, movies, food, shopping, the river. The neighborhood is still quiet, but close to it all. Wouldn't live anywhere else!"
