"Trash everywhere and people let cats and dogs roam. Thief is very high in this area. Cars park all over sides of street and will park in front of other people homes."
  • Carlette M.
"Live there for 19 years nice neighbors,no body has ever touch anything or stole any thing.Have left door open and gone all day.Great place to live"
  • Brian H.
"East Lake is an older neighborhood on the rebound. Middle class folks moved out thirty years ago and many of the properties became rentals. Crime went up. Then ten years ago, a few people started buying properties at unbelievable prices and investing in the neighborhood again. There are an abundance of older craftsman style houses here if you have a working and creative spirit. I love seeing all the remodeling happening all around me."
