Description

This 3/2 ranch had an extensive remodel in 2002.
Master bedroom and dining area were enlarged, a second master walk in closet added, a pantry and a 1/2 bath off family room.
Geo Energy heat pump replaced the ceiling heat. (In 2017 this heat pump had a complete rebuild with upgraded parts and coolant.)
An oversize finished single garage was also added.
Insulation was upgraded, Hardie Back siding was installed, new phone & cable lines and even a new breaker panel.
In 2010 an array of Photovoltaic solar panels were installed to generate some electricity.

    "I live in a wonderful old neighborhood! Its a quiet area. But if your gonna have a backyard party, invite everyone around you. We know our neighbors and can hear the train at 11 pm. We don't have sidewalks, so we have to teach our children and pets how to walk respectifully. If someone is driving down our road we wave to them, because they either live here, are lost or visiting a friend!"

    "i live here and its a well established neighborhood with mature trees and neighbors that have lived there very long, the bus stop is right around the corner, it's very pet friendly people walk their dogs around all the time and are friendly, neighbors look out for each other, very clean street, the schools are one of the best in town, their is lots of shopping right down the street and close to the malls, their is lots of street parking and as well as 4 people can park in their driveways, their has been no crime records in this neighborhood and Santa Clara has one of the lowest crime rate in Eugene/Springfield, their is a park and rec right in the area with activities, swimming, exercise room daycare, summer camps and kids activities just a great area for anyone young, old or with a family "
