About this House

Now Available! Beautiful, meticulously maintained Alpine home with solar, 3-car garage, ample parking and RV parking, large fully fenced yard, and immediate move-in availability.

Available Now and priced at $4,395 per month for a well-qualified tenant.

Clean and well-maintained 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Alpine. Situated on approximately one-third of an acre on the largest lot in the neighborhood the property offers abundant off street parking, a flexible floor plan, low-maintenance outdoor space, and a convenient walkable location near coffee shops, Albertsons, restaurants, and other local amenities.

One of the property's best features is the gated side parking area with room for an RV, boat, or trailer, potentially saving the cost of separate storage. The home also includes a large driveway with parking for multiple vehicles and an attached 3-car garage with built-in shelving and storage.

Use of the rooftop solar system is included to help offset electricity costs. The landscaping requires little to no water, and the owner is responsible for routine landscape maintenance, helping keep utility costs and exterior upkeep manageable.

The functional interior layout includes one bedroom and one full bathroom downstairs, ideal for guests, a home office, or multigenerational living. The main level also features a vaulted entry, spacious living and dining areas, an indoor laundry room with washer and dryer included, and direct access to the 3 car garage.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, ample cabinet space, and a large separate pantry.

Upstairs are three additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a spacious loft that works well as a second living room, home office, playroom, or homework area. Both upstairs bathrooms include dual sinks.

The large primary suite features a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a soaking tub.

Additional interior features include:
-Flooring updates completed within the past two years
-Tile flooring throughout the downstairs living spaces, kitchen, and bathrooms
-Luxury vinyl plank flooring in all bedrooms and the upstairs loft
-Newer carpet on the stairs (only carpet in the home)
-Nest thermostat
-Installed wood window coverings
-Whole-home alarm system with optional tenant-paid central monitoring through Cloud Security

The fully fenced yard is unusually large for the neighborhood and designed for easy upkeep. The outdoor space is finished with low-maintenance hardscape, providing plenty of room for outdoor dining, patio furniture, a BBQ, hot tub, children's play area, a small garden and side yard for addition RV, Boat or Car parking.

The property also includes a private gated front courtyard with pavers and a large pergola, a newer 8-foot-by-8-foot sliding glass door leading to the backyard, and an established producing apple tree.

Well-qualified applicants are encouraged to inquire and apply promptly.
