The rental amount listed reflects a $50 per month discount for rent being set up on autopay, and an additional $50 per month discount for rent being paid in full before the 6th of each month. The tenant is responsible for water and electricity. Rent also includes weekly trash pickup service. The security deposit is $1,500.
