o 150 square feet each and can accommodate a double bed, dresser, and desk.
o Suggested Rent is $1,090

RENT DETAILS: The total rent for the house is $6,850 with a Security Deposit of $800 per leaseholder (Total $4800). The home is available for a September 1st move-in. 12-month initial lease term.

HOUSE DETAILS: The home includes a spacious kitchen complete with TWO refrigerators, TWO gas ranges, a floor-to-ceiling pantry and built-in microwave. The first floor comes FULLY FURNISHED with 1,000 square feet of common space plus a furnished outdoor deck with a gas grill.

UTILITIES: The tenants would be responsible for Electricity, Water, and Internet/Cable. Shared utility cost comes to about $100/month/person.

PETS: Pets accepted on a case-by-case basis.
