      "Seymour Ave b/t. Clinton and Avon isn't good. There are a lot of people who hang out all hours of the night--talking LOUDLY. Blasting music at times. And, yes, sometimes fighting. Also I feel that there's no privacy here. People watch & listen. And not everyone works. I guess it depends on who you are. & what you're used to."
