Description

This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from March 12, 2024
This expansive 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath ranch sits perched on almost 2 acres surrounded by stonewalls with absolutely breathtaking views. The home offers the right balance of contemporary flair and character. As you enter the large LR with a FP, built-in cabinetry and h/w floors you’ll notice the tons of natural light from the new windows (2023) throughout the house. From there it opens into the formal DR with a built-in corner hutch. The newly remodeled kitchen with granite counters, tile backsplash and more opens onto a dine-in kitchen area encased with windows and French doors that open onto a beautiful covered deck with recessed lighting, great for relaxing. The primary BR is separated from the other 4 BRs in the home, for privacy. The lower level offer’s tons of opportunities with 3 finished rooms, washer/dryer area, utility room and a possible in-law set up. Bathrooms have also recently been remodeled (and one of the shower installs includes a warranty to pass to buyer). The home also boasts a 2 car garage with new paver walkway, new roof (2021), new kitchen (2018), Geothermal heating system with 3 zones and A/C (2017), septic & leeching fields (2017), solar panels (2021), oil tank back up, security system and high end sump pump system. There is nothing to do but move into this gem.

"Terrible Terrible place to live. Roaches!!!! Neighbors have familys of 6+ living in some of the apartments. My old neighbor's kids would ride bikes and play soccer upstairs above us we heard everything. The property owners are money hungry and hardly keep up with the place. But again Roaches EVERYWHERE!! They come out at night so you wouldn't see them if you saw the apartment during the day like I did."
